We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team in London to help our clients to DO SOMETHING GREAT.

Klutch Studio is an independent creative studio - we back each other, share ideas freely, and aren’t afraid to experiment.

We’re looking for someone proactive, curious, and ready to get stuck in: from deep work building brands to day-to-day creative challenges, we want the right person to create exceptional work that turns heads and amplifies our clients' briefs.

What’s important to us:

You are:

A Senior Designer with 7+ years of hands-on agency experience
Able to translate brand strategy into world-class creative
As comfortable conceptualising ideas as you are doing pixel-perfect work
Obsessed with building systematic brand systems
Able to work to tight deadlines
Able to translate brands to digital platforms
A great communicator
Able to confidently present your creative work and rationale
Able to deliver and oversee multiple projects at once
Able to plan, manage and liaise with internal and external creatives

You will:

Lead creative projects across the agency
Be brave with your ideas
Be part of team pitching and winning work
Understand commercial objectives and KPIs of our clients
Manage other designers and creatives
Plan and strategise alongside our founder and senior team
Confidently make decisions and guide our clients

What we offer:

Hybrid working: 3 studio days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in our Brixton space, plus WFH flexibility
Flexible hours - because we know creativity doesn’t always happen 9–5
Company-wide bonus scheme
25 days’ holiday plus an extra day off on your birthday
Christmas studio shutdown - to reset and recharge
Summer hours (Lunchtime finishes on Fridays in August)
Annual training budget to support your development
Regular socials (the fun kind, not the forced kind)
Dog-friendly studio

You’ll also get a MacBook Pro and all the tech you need to do your job from the studio and home.

Please note that our studio is in Brixton, a 3 minute walk from the tube station. We currently require the team to be in the studio a minimum of 3 days per week and ad hoc as needed.

The rest of the week is WFH unless you want to come into the studio, of course.

How to apply

Please send your CV, cover letter and why you think you’d be a great addition to our team.

No Agencies.

Only people with the correct work visas or rights to work in the UK.

This is a London-based hybrid role, so you must be able to be in London 3 days per week
