Salsita was founded in Prague over 15 years ago with a vision to create exceptional web and mobile applications. We built our expertise in design, UX, and customer-focused solutions, working with clients like eBay, SAP, and Balfour. As the tech landscape evolved, so did we. About five years ago, we pivoted into the configurator space, specializing in 2D and 3D configurators, room planners, augmented reality, and AI-driven solutions.

On a typical day you will...

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders regularly to gather requirements and receive feedback.
Help our customers achieve their business goals and user expectations.
Closely work with developers and PMs.
Facilitate or participate in UX workshops and Design Sprints.
Ideate with the team and come up with solutions to complex problems.
Design and prototype.
Make sure your design is properly handed over to UI developers.
Experience with design and prototyping in Figma.
Ability to translate product requirements into intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces.
Familiarity with UX research (interviews, competitive analysis, usability testing).
Effective communication of research findings and design decisions to other team members or clients.
Passion about the UX field, eagerness to learn, grow and drive our team’s efforts forward.

Our hiring process

Send us a cover letter with your CV and a link to your portfolio.
45-minute online interview: If we feel you’re a good match, we will schedule a 30-45 minute call with our UI/UX team lead, who will tell you more about Salsita and go through your portfolio with you.
1.5-hour on-site/online deeper dive into your past work experience:
20 minutes: You will have a discussion with our UI/UX team lead and another member of the design team.
1 hour: We will take a close look at your portfolio, we will want to see the design files you have created and we will ask about your typical workflow and your approach to problem solving.
10 minutes: We will answer your questions about the position, our clients, the projects we are working on, etc.
We will discuss internally and let you know whether we have decided to make you an offer.
