Luca Dini Design & Architecture is hiring a senior architect to join its team in Florence, Italy.
We are currently looking for a senior architect to join our architecture team and contribute to the development of large-scale, iconic projects in the residential, hospitality, mixed-use and nautical sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- lead and coordinate architectural projects and masterplans through all design phases
- manage and mentor project teams, ensuring quality and consistency
- interface with international private and public clients, consultants and stakeholders managing expectations and deadlines
- ensure alignment with the studio’s creative vision, standards and timelines
Requirements:
- master degree in architecture
- three plus years’ of experience in structured, international architecture practices
- excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- autonomy and decision-making ability in project management
- creativity and an innovative approach to design
- precision and strong attention to detail
- ability to manage deadlines and priorities
- strong motivation and eagerness to actively contribute to the success of the studio
- proven experience on complex, large-scale projects
- autonomy in the modeling and design phases
- leadership mindset, strong organizational and communication skills
- fluent English
- immediate availability required
