Prest Vale Architects is seeking a talented ARB registered project architect with at least two years’ post-Part 3 experience to join its team in London.
We are looking for a skilled and thoughtful architect who is confident working on high-quality residential projects. You will work closely with our team and directors to develop and deliver exciting projects in the UK.
We deliver architectural and interior projects of varying use, for both private and commercial clients. A selection of our current jobs include the refurbishment and extension of a 30,000sqft Grade II listed hotel on the edge of Hyde Park, a deep retrofit of a 20,000sqft former dairy building in Notting Hill to create a wellness centre, as well as the sensitive refurbishment of a Grade I Listed Gatehouse in the City of London to create a gallery and workspace.
We are a team of talented and highly motivated designers and we encourage everyone in the office to contribute to and be involved in the design process. The successful candidate will have excellent technical and presentation skills, whilst possessing a thorough and thoughtful approach to design. They will be passionate about architecture and have a working understanding of all RIBA work stages. Key qualities for this role include a collaborative spirit for working within a team, strong organisational and communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp and Enscape is essential, as well as a good understanding of Photoshop and other relevant software would be beneficial.
