Yodezeen is seeking a concept architect. This role is ideal for a creative and visionary professional with strong design and visualization skills and a passion for architectural innovation and professional development within a creative, fast-growing environment.
Core skills and requirements:
- minimum three years’ of experience in architectural design
- strong 3D modeling skills in 3ds Max (architecture)
- experience working with BIM software (Revit or ArchiCAD)
- proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for presentation support
- ability to develop complex compositional and functional architectural solutions
- understanding of materials, architectural trends, and basic regulatory requirements in the regions where the studio operates
- strong presentation and visualization skills, including rendering
- ability to mentor junior specialists
- proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
Areas of responsibility:
- develop a comprehensive architectural concept, including spatial, functional, and aesthetic aspects
- ensure consistency and integrity of architectural solutions
- develop concepts for projects of varying complexity
- coordinate and guide junior specialists
- collaborate with internal teams and external consultants
- ensure the quality of architectural solutions at the conceptual stage or within the assigned project scope
- participate in presentations of architectural concepts to clients, together with the Team Lead or independently
- report to the Team Lead, CEO, and project participants
- ensure the technical correctness and timely completion of assigned tasks
