Yodezeen is seeking an architectural project manager to lead large-scale architectural projects across international markets.
Core skills and requirements:
- at least three years of experience in managing architectural projects
- at least one year of experience in managing large-scale architectural projects
- proficiency in MS Project, Gantt charts, Jira, or CRM systems
- experience in managing project documentation (formats, standards, structure)
- experience working with budgets, invoices, and contracts
- skills in risk and resource management
- proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
Areas of responsibility:
- manage projects from the concept stage to implementation and construction
- lead projects during the implementation stage
- maintain high-level communication with clients, ensuring timely responses and solutions
- make decisions regarding project priorities
- initiate reports, team meetings, and schedule changes
- implement documentation standards and structure
- make project management decisions within the approved budget
- approve project schedules and changes to them
- represent the company in communication with clients, partners, and contractors
- define project priorities and allocate resources
- implement and improve project management standards
