Adjunct Faculty, Master of Arts in Luxury Business
Job Summary
Sotheby’s Institute of Art invites applications for part-time adjunct Faculty to lead courses in its new Master of Arts in Luxury Business program at the New York campus and Online. Adjunct Faculty are responsible for course planning and synchronous instruction in-person at the SIA-NY campus located in Midtown Manhattan.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a terminal degree or equivalent professional experience, along with teaching experience at the graduate level. Candidates should be expert in topics covered in the curriculum, including history and theory; strategy and marketing; finance and entrepreneurship; copyright and the law; and sustainability as they relate to the luxury sector. Candidates should have excellent written, verbal, digital communication, and organizational skills. An understanding of learning management systems is helpful.
Salary Range: $6,000-8,000 per course, Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
No travel or housing stipend is offered.
