We are seeking creative and curious talent with a passion for what design and architecture can achieve. Our clients are ambitious and prioritize innovative ideas about learning. You will work from either our Madrid or Copenhagen office in close collaboration with Rosan Bosch and management.
Your job:
- plan, prepare, and submit offers for new projects
- plan, prepare, and attend pitches and presentations
- develop and manage relations with existing and new clients and partners
- initiate and develop new business opportunities
- prepare fee proposals, time schedules, and project scopes – and assist in contract negotiations
- brief design teams on new projects
Your profile:
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
- two to four years’ of experience from a similar role in business development
- experience from an architectural firm
- creative and precise writer
- a strong interest in learning and education from a design and a societal perspective
- knowledge of procurement processes in the public and private sector
- fluent in English, written and spoken
- basic understanding of another language is a plus, but not required
- proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- excellent communication skills with colleagues, clients, and partners
- independent, highly organized, and structured
- proactive, curious, and adaptable
- strong collaboration skills
- work permit in either Spain, or Denmark
- availability to travel 20-30 days yearly
