The role:

we’re looking for a sharp, motivated, and detail-obsessed project manager to lead the delivery of high-end hospitality projects across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. In this role, you’ll manage complex timelines, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure seamless execution from concept through completion
you’ll be at the center of innovative restaurant and hospitality buildouts—partnering with top chefs, restaurateurs, and design talent to bring ambitious spaces to life.

Key responsibilities:

client and stakeholder management: be the connective tissue between clients, consultants, design teams, and construction crews – ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum at every stage
team coordination: collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, interior designers, and fabricators to move projects from vision to reality
project oversight: visit job sites as needed to monitor progress, address issues in real-time, and uphold quality standards
permitting and compliance: navigate permitting across NYC, NJ, and CT, ensuring all projects stay on track and in compliance
full lifecycle management: own the execution of projects from kickoff to closeout – tracking schedules, budgets, and deliverables without letting a single detail fall through the cracks

Preferred qualifications/experience:

five plus years’ of project management experience in design and construction, preferably in the hospitality sector
direct experience working within or alongside a design team
experience with on-site work (conversations with subcontractors, building owner reps, etc)

Skills:

solution-oriented and the ability to see things through
proficiency in Notion
proficiency with Rhino and/or CAD
proficiency in Bluebeam; experience with Revit a plus.
excellent communication and documentation skills – verbal, written, and visual
strong leadership and problem-solving skills; highly proactive and solutions-oriented
self-directed with excellent follow-through
