Prima continues to grow its domestic and international footprint and is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.

The Role

If you love bringing ideas to life through high-quality designs for digital and print — from sales collateral and flyers to product labels and brand ads — this role is made for you.

You will be a confident self-starter who is also comfortable taking direction and detailed feedback.

Collateral and Artworking

• You will work closely with our Graphic Designer to support 14 departments with creative solutions – producing everything from posters and signage to slick presentation decks and other internal comms assets.

• You’ll help ensure everything aligns with our brand guidelines and be hands-on in producing graphics for our external comms from email marketing assets to brand merch and exhibition stand designs.

Package Design Support

• You’ll create attention-grabbing product labels and packaging that help us stand out from our competitors, all while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Brand and Project Support

• You’ll play a big part in delivering bold and creative projects, exhibitions, and internal and external events that bring our brand to life.

What you will need:

• Advanced IT skills - Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) essential

• Proven typographic and illustrative skills and understanding of key design principles and artworking

• To be able to demonstrate an understanding of print and production

• Skills in After Effects, Premier and 3D rendering would be beneficial

• The ability to interpret briefs and have confidence for developing creative ideas and bringing them to life

• Keen eye for detail

• Organisation skills – maintain files/assets

• Innovation, curiosity and creativity

• Be driven and open to direction and feedback

• Happy to follow Brand Guidelines

• Friendly demeanour and professional attitude
