Ripple Collective / Slash is seeking a graphic designer to join its team in Abu Dhabi.

The senior graphic designer plays a key role within Ripple Collective’s creative environment, developing strong visual concepts and delivering high-quality design across: branding, print, digital, spatial and physical applications.

Working closely with creative leadership and collaborating across the Collective’s different disciplines, the role requires a balance of conceptual thinking, hands-on execution, technical knowledge and the ability to take projects from initial brief through to final production.

Key responsibilities:

develop creative concepts and high-quality visual solutions across branding, print, digital and other relevant applications
create and develop brand identities, visual systems and guidelines, ensuring consistency across different touch-points and applications
translate strategic and creative direction into distinctive, relevant and impactful design solutions
collaborate closely with Creative Directors, strategists, project managers, architects, product designers, fabrication and production teams across Ripple Collective
contribute to multidisciplinary projects where graphic design interacts with spaces, products, exhibitions, retail environments, signage, packaging and other physical applications
take ownership of design projects from concept development through refinement, artwork and final delivery
prepare accurate, production-ready artwork for print, digital, large-format and other applications, ensuring technical requirements and quality standards are met
work closely with internal printing, fabrication and production teams to ensure the creative vision is translated effectively into the final output
present and communicate creative concepts clearly, responding constructively to internal and client feedback
manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines within a fast-paced, project-driven environment
maintain exceptional attention to detail and a consistently high level of creative quality across all deliverables
support and provide creative guidance to junior designers when required, contributing to the overall development and quality of the design team
explore new creative approaches, materials, technologies and design trends that can strengthen the Collective’s creative output

Profile and requirements:

strong professional experience in graphic design, branding or visual communication, preferably within a creative agency, design studio or multidisciplinary environment
strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand identity, typography, layout and visual storytelling
advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools
strong understanding of print production, artwork preparation and digital design requirements
experience designing for physical environments, exhibitions, retail, signage or spatial applications is an advantage
strong conceptual thinking combined with excellent execution and attention to detail
comfortable collaborating across different creative disciplines and working with multiple stakeholders
strong communication and presentation skills
ability to take ownership, work independently and manage multiple deadlines while remaining collaborative
curious, adaptable and comfortable working within the dynamic and evolving environment of Ripple Collective
