Who We Are

Spatial is an innovative creative design and marketing agency that brings brands, ideas and experiences to life. We work on brand identities, digital experiences, social content and integrated campaigns, mixing creativity, strategy and design to make work that grows the brands we work for.

The Role

We're looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer with a sharp creative eye, a love for digital and social, and a real feel for what makes D2C brands stand out.

You'll work across a varied mix of brands, designing social content, campaign assets, point of sale and retail materials, and website layouts. You'll use AI tools as a natural part of how you work, to explore ideas faster, build concepts and lift the quality of what goes out. We want someone curious and proactive who brings their own ideas to the table.

What You'll Be Doing

- Social Media and Digital Content

Designing scroll stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels
Creating graphics, carousels, stories, ad creative and campaign assets that stay true to each brand
Turning creative concepts and marketing briefs into visuals that work for each platform
Keeping on top of social trends, formats and digital culture, and bringing those ideas into client work

- D2C, Campaigns and Point of Sale

Designing campaign assets that run across paid social, email, web and retail
Creating POS and in store materials such as shelf displays, posters, packaging inserts and promotional collateral
Adapting campaigns across formats and touchpoints while keeping them consistent
Supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns and key retail moments

- AI and Creative Exploration

Using AI tools to speed up concepting, mockups and asset production
Testing new tools and workflows and sharing what works with the team
Using AI to make the work better, while keeping craft, taste and brand integrity at the centre

- Concept Development and Brand Design

Bringing ideas and visual references to creative brainstorms
Supporting brand identities, visual guidelines and marketing materials
Exploring creative directions, moodboards and design concepts for client projects
Keeping a high standard of quality, consistency and detail across everything we deliver

- Collaboration and Execution

Working closely with designers, strategists and the marketing team to bring ideas to life
Juggling multiple projects and hitting deadlines
Taking feedback well and refining work through the creative process
Owning your tasks from brief to final delivery

You're Who We're Looking For If You...

Have proven experience designing for brands at a midweight level, ideally in an agency or for D2C brands
Have a strong portfolio that shows social content, digital campaigns and website design, plus POS or retail work
Know Adobe Creative Suite inside out and are comfortable in Canva and Figma
Already use AI creative tools in your workflow and are keen to keep learning
Have a strong grasp of typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling
Understand social platforms and know what makes content engaging
Communicate well, stay organised and manage your time
Care about detail and enjoy learning, experimenting and growing
Bonus points for motion design or basic video editing skills (After Effects, CapCut, Premiere).

What You'll Get

28 days holiday
Workplace pension
A lovely studio in Notting Hill (with a very cute dog) that you'll actually want to come into
Flexible hours
A relaxed, friendly team with a flat structure and no micromanagement
Regular team socials
Direct access to the founder and real ownership from day one
Work across a varied portfolio of brands
Room to grow as the agency grows
