This work is personal to us. We’ve validated the platform with major enterprise clients and are now at an inflection point: evolving from a functional product to a world-class user experience. This role is the catalyst for that shift.

You’ll hold an equal seat in our trio alongside Product & Engineering. You’ll have the autonomy to define process and the influence to shape the product’s direction, shaping what gets built and why.

What You’ll Do

Design across our full product landscape, crafting complex, data-rich dashboards for HR leaders on desktop, while creating frictionless, intuitive mobile experiences for frontline employees.
Own the end-to-end visual design of new features and improvements across all user journeys, from wireframe to high-fidelity handoff.
Help us mature our visual language. We don’t expect a full design system on day one, but you’ll lead the effort to gradually standardise our components and patterns over the next 12 months to improve consistency and speed.
Create rapid prototypes, from low-fidelity wireframes and Wizard of Oz tests through to polished Figma mockups, to validate ideas with clients and stakeholders before committing to build.
Ensure accessibility and inclusive design principles are embedded throughout the product, so it works for every user regardless of device, ability, or environment.
Be the guardian of our visual brand. While 90% of your focus will be on product, you’ll dedicate around 10% to high-impact commercial assets, ensuring our pitch decks and key marketing materials look as world-class as our software.

What We’re Looking For:

At least three years of demonstrable experience in a Product Design or UX/UI role within a SaaS or enterprise environment.
A strong portfolio that shows mobile-first design thinking and a clear eye for visual craft.
Proficiency with Figma as your primary design tool and an interest in leveraging AI to accelerate design workflows.
Comfort working across the full design spectrum: from rough sketches and scrappy prototypes through to pixel-perfect deliverables and marketing collateral.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders and hold your own in strategic conversations. You’ll be the voice of Design.
