Snøhetta is seeking a landscape architect to join its team in Innsbruck, Austria.
For almost 40 years, Snøhetta has designed some of the world’s most notable public and cultural projects. Since our inception, the practice has maintained an original transdisciplinary approach, and integrates architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, art, and product design across our projects. We bring together a wide range of cultural and national backgrounds, with around 250 employees in studios in Oslo, New York, Innsbruck, Paris, Melbourne, Hong Kong and Shenzhen. To support our team in Innsbruck, situated in the heart of the Alps in western Austria, we are looking for a landscape architect for a challenging position in a diverse field of activities. This role is dedicated to the conception and development of exemplary landscape architecture from concept through execution.
Your profile:
- professional degree in landscape architecture
- minimum three years’of professional landscape architecture experience through all phases of design and technical design
- exceptional design sensibility and talent
- knowledge of spatial planning and public procurement law, HOAI, and the relevant technical standards is a plus
- in-depth knowledge of grading design, planting design and materials
- competency in sustainable urban development and city planning
- proficiency with Rhino and Adobe CS; Archicad knowledge preferred
- strong communication, collaboration and organization skills
- good German skills preferred, but not mandatory
- promotes collaboration across disciplines
