The Studio An independent agency specialising in retail brand communications work and delivering transformative, customer focused solutions with both a creative and commercial impact. This is a highly motivated and supportive team with expertise in creative, strategy, client services and production, working collaboratively to deliver outstanding work for every client. They offer a hybrid set up, spending 3 days a week together in the studio with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

The Opportunity

This opportunity would suit an experienced Creative Artworker who loves turning great ideas into beautifully finished work and enjoys the process of taking a project from initial stages through to flawless final artwork. You’ll play a key role in bringing studio projects to life within client brands guidelines and to the highest standards. Working collaboratively with the design team, your focus will be adapting and finessing brand assets across a range of retail formats whilst maintaining a consistent and polished design aesthetic. You’ll be responsible for preparing technically accurate, print-ready work, liaising with printers and production suppliers to ensure that all artwork is produced perfectly to spec.

Our Ideal Candidate

Will need significant experience working on retail communications projects and formats – instore, campaigns, POS, customer communications. Is confident estimating how long a task will take and manages their time effectively. Enjoys collaborating with a multidisciplined team, including designers, creatives and client services. Has a thorough and meticulous approach to detail in their work. Has impeccable knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Understands brand guidelines and has probably worked with larger-scale brands Can add value to the overall design and production process.
