Mark Haddawy Inc., a design studio specializing in historic restorations and interiors, is seeking a senior architectural designer.
Responsibilities:
- lead design development from conceptualization through final documentation
- create detailed drawings, renderings and 3D models using CAD and BIM software
- collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors and consultants to ensure design feasibility
- review and approve construction documents for compliance with codes and regulations
- conduct site visits and provide input during construction phases
- ensure adherence to project schedules, budget and design intent
Requirements:
- proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD and/or SketchUp Pro
- a strong combination of education and professional experience in architectural design
- an appreciation and understanding of architectural and design history
- a reliable car and valid driver’s license
