Christoph Behling Design is seeking a junior industrial designer to join its team in London.
Christoph Behling Design is an award winning product design studio founded in 2004 and based in Queens Park London. We create products that people love, driven by a deep understanding of the brands we create them for. Our focus is on high-end design for international clients, such as Geberit and TAG Heuer, amongst other leading brands.

The role
We are looking for a highly motivated designer to help create thoughtful, well-crafted products across diverse categories, with a particular focus on bathroom & wellness.
Our studio is an international, multidisciplinary team, bringing together a broad mix of perspectives, cultures, and expertise. We value curiosity, ambition, hard work, and original thinking.
Designing both high-profile concepts and everyday objects where usability, detail, and refinement matter most. You will collaborate with the team to bring products to life and build stories that communicate tangible everyday benefits.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the design process and thrives on the variety of multidisciplinary projects. Refining ideas to an exceptional level you will be passionate about following projects through from first concept to final delivery.
What you bring to the role:
- a positive, proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn and improve
- great attention to detail and pride in producing well-resolved work
- enjoyment of refining ideas through an iterative design process
- good graphic awareness, with strong layout and visual communication skills
- solid skills in 2D tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D tools (SolidWorks, KeyShot)
- interest in working on products from early concepts through to final delivery
- clear communication skills, both visually and verbally (English)
- a collaborative, team-focused approach
- openness to feedback and enthusiasm for developing new skills
Nice to haves:
- one to two years of design experience
- interior design experience or sensibility
- knowledge of manufacturing methods and processes
- demonstration of an understanding of brand DNA/design language
- previous experience in ceramic or furniture design
- previous experience in watch design or other similar areas
