Yodezeen is seeking a Revit architect to oversee architectural project development and ensure technical excellence on projects across international markets.
Core skills and requirements:
- minimum three years of professional experience in architecture
- strong understanding of materials, architectural trends, and basic regulatory requirements in the regions where the studio operates
- proficiency in Revit
- experience coordinating with structural engineers, engineering consultants, and suppliers
- experience conducting author’s supervision during construction
- ability to control the compliance of technical solutions with project requirements
- ability to mentor junior specialists
- proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
Areas of responsibility:
- responsibility for the architectural part of the project
- collaborate with all project stakeholders involved in the design process
- conduct author’s supervision and resolve issues on the construction site
- communicate with contractors and participate in meetings with clients
- make technical decisions within the scope of the project
- provide leadership in technical architectural solutions
- ensure the technical correctness and timely completion of assigned tasks
