Neko Health is hiring an architecture design lead for Europe, the Middle East and Africa to join its team in London.

What you’ll deliver in the first 6 to 12 months:
- own and evolve Neko’s physical design standards across EMEA – ensuring consistency and excellence across all clinic and space touchpoints
- lead concept development and design direction for new location rollouts, raising the bar for spatial experience across the organisation
- translate Neko’s brand and experience principles into clear, compelling physical environments – from test fits and layouts through to final delivery
- partner with project managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver cohesive, high-impact spaces on time and to specification
- build and contribute to Neko’s Location Design Playbook, creating scalable standards that support rapid international expansion
Minimum requirements:
- at least eight years’ experience in architecture, design management or a related role within the construction industry
- strong creative design skills with high attention to detail
- demonstrated experience managing cross-disciplinary design teams and external consultants across complex projects
- broad knowledge of building codes, regulations and industry standards across European markets
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- proficiency in design software (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools
- strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
