ACME is hiring a project architect or designer for its studio in Madrid.
ACME is seeking experienced project architects/designers with a minimum of five years postgraduate experience in international large-scale projects to join our Madrid studio.
ACME is an international practice with offices in London, Berlin and Madrid operating in the fields of contemporary architecture, urban planning, interior and product design, working with private, corporate and public clients.
About the role
We are looking for motivated architects/designers that can create great concepts while ensuring technical feasibility and that can support both designers and architects. We value collaborative working and those flat hierarchies foster a strong sense of ownership and responsibility among our teams.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- proficiency in Rhino (this is an essential requirement)
- strong design and technical skills
- producing high-quality design work from concept phase to construction packages
- minimum of five years’ experience in international large-scale projects
- experience in residential design and a variety of other sectors including hotel, offices and masterplanning
- experience in creatively solving design challenges
- hands-on, team-focused approach and demonstrable experience in running a project team
- clear communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
- a proactive and enthusiastic attitude, and a willingness to contribute to wider practice groups and activities
