Lina Ghotmeh — Architecture is seeking an exceptional architect or engineer (ARB/RIBA ideally) with extensive experience in detail design, technical development, custom fabrication, and production quality control to join our team as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering high-end architectural projects, with deep expertise in the development of bespoke details, custom-designed elements, and technical specifications, ensuring the highest level of quality from design through execution. We are looking for a professional who is available to join the office immediately or at short notice.
Requirements:
- degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
- minimum eight to ten years’ of professional experience in detail design, technical coordination, and construction quality control
- significant experience on high-end, architecturally ambitious projects involving bespoke detailing, custom fabrication, and premium materials
- semonstrated expertise in developing custom details and technical specifications to the highest standards of design and execution
- strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, fabrication processes, and building systems
- excellent coordination and communication skills
- proficiency in BIM and technical documentation workflows
- availability to join the office as soon as possible
