ADP is seeking a chartered architectural technologist or qualified architect to join its Manchester, UK team.

The role:
- assisting with the technical design elements of projects
- producing strong effective designs with appropriate competent technical solutions that align with our vision
- taking responsibility for the production, coordination and integrity of project specific information
- taking responsibility for all project specific quality management tasks
- ensuring that all work is prepared in accordance with the practice’s BIM standards and protocols and maintaining a detailed knowledge of BIM processes and software associated with design
- ensuring that the service is delivered in accordance with the quality management system
- megularly reviewing the design against the project brief and participate in design reviews
- maintaining detailed knowledge of current legislation, regulations and standards
- maintaining detailed knowledge of modern methods of construction
- maintaining suitable knowledge of sector specific regulations and legislation
- maintaining a clear understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work
- contribute to the continual improvement of practices procedures/methods
- consider CDM and health and safety in all our design work, and work to design out and minimise risk
About you:
- three plus years’ experience post qualification
- have good technical understanding, with experience producing RIBA stage 3 and four packages
- competent in Revit and Enscape
- experience or interest in Healthcare and/or Science architecture would be an advantage
