We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our projects. You will work on a wide range of project types, from cutting-edge office spaces, world class universities and high end homes. This is an opportunity to lead a team of designers, develop outstanding design concepts, and deliver high-quality interiors that push the boundary of our industry.
General:
- carry out the technical development of the project, and lead and manage the design team and its delivery of design information on time and within budget, as appropriate
- collaborate with clients to understand their vision and brief.
- lead a team of designers, providing mentorship and guidance.
- develop innovative and unique design concepts that align with project goals.
- create detailed design plans, including layouts, materials, and colour schemes.
- oversee the entire design process from concept to completion.
- collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
- ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard and within budget and timelines
- review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and materials selections
- contribute to our research on innovative and sustainable materials
