Afroditi is hiring a marketing and studio assistant to join its team in London.
Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
Reports to: creative director
Job overview
We are seeking a proactive, visually-led marketing assistant to join our studio. You will act as the guardian of our brand’s digital and physical presence, translating our design projects into compelling narratives for potential clients, social media and press. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with a sharp aesthetic eye and a passion for Luxury Hospitality Design.
Who we are
Design studio Afroditi was founded in 2002 in an old garage in South London. Founder and product designer Afroditi Krassa introduced a radically new approach to hospitality design, leading to the creation of some of London’s most iconic projects. From itsu to Dishoom, our holistic and concept-driven methodology has helped shape brands that define their category.
Two decades, 200 projects and 40 design awards later, our 12-strong team is delivering flagship projects across three continents. Current commissions include some of the world’s most exciting destinations for ultra-luxury hotels, celebrity chefs, trend-setting bars and landmark cinemas.
Who you are
You are a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of creativity and organisation — someone who can translate Afroditi’s aesthetic and technical work into clear, engaging brand narratives.
Unlike traditional marketing roles, this position requires a strong visual sensibility and close collaboration with the Creative Director, often supporting presentations, and studio storytelling.
