Spaceagency is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join its studio in London.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated BIM professional looking to step into a coordination role.
The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to the delivery of model data, drawings and project information, maintaining clear oversight of BIM scope, deliverables, and milestones across a variety of exciting projects. Drawing on excellent communication skills the role will involve facilitating clear internal and external communication and effective collaboration across project teams.

We design people’s journeys through urban, cultural, sporting, event, retail and hospitality spaces. Our international client portfolio includes cities, global brands and collaborations with renowned architectural practices. Upcoming projects include public realm wayfinding, urban experience and exhibition design in the Middle East, Asia and the UK.
Required skills and experience
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- four to eight years’ of industry experience
- two plus years in a BIM coordination or senior BIM modelling role within an architecture or design practice
- proven expertise in BIM processes and standards, particularly on large-scale and complex projects
- expertise in Revit, including troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- proficiency with Navisworks and Enscape, with a strong understanding of client BIM requirements (e.g., EIR, AIR) and documentation (e.g., BEP, RM)
- proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud
- proficiency in implementing and managing Revit standards and content
- excellent communication skills, with a commitment to supporting and mentoring design teams
- a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and leadership
- a passion for advancing BIM technologies to enhance design outcomes
This is a full-time position based in London. Candidates must hold a valid visa to work in the UK.
