Richard Parr Associates is seeking an associate director to join its team in London.
Richard Parr Associates is an internationally recognised architecture and design Studio working across exceptional residential, hospitality and heritage projects.
With Studios in London and the Cotswolds, our practice brings together a large and talented team of architects and designers who share a deep commitment to thoughtful, crafted architecture.
RPA is evolving and growing to meet the demand of an expanding portfolio of ambitious international commissions. Our work is increasingly diverse in scale, geography and complexity, offering significant opportunities for creative leadership and design exploration.
Our work is rooted in what we describe as modern traditionalism — architecture that respects heritage while responding sensitively to place, culture and craft. Each project is approached individually, with a strong emphasis on proportion, materiality and long-term architectural value.
We are seeking an Associate Director to join our senior leadership team and help guide the design and delivery of major international residential and hospitality projects. This is a significant opportunity to lead a large project team on a complex international commission, working closely alongside Richard Parr and playing a key role in shaping the future direction of the practice.
