Calshot is looking for a mid-weight interior designer to join its team in London.
Overview of the company
Calshot is proud to announce the opening of its new design studio in the Portobello Road, West London. Part of the Calshot family, our main production site is located at James Wharf, Ocean Quay in Southampton.
The site in Southampton was originally established in the 1870s as a railway repair depot and spans more than 2.5 acres. It includes not only a working boatyard but also dedicated production spaces for restoration, joinery, fabrication, and design. The buildings have been progressively restored using salvaged materials and traditional methods, preserving the character and heritage of the site.
Today, the workshops are home to a team of specialist tradespeople, where hard work, commitment, and loyalty are recognised and rewarded. This approach enables Calshot to continue developing a highly skilled workforce for the future.
We are now looking to expand our interior design capability and are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic mid-weight interior designer to join our interior design team based at our new studio in west London.
