Pebble Stone Rock is seeking a specification sales manager for commercial interiors to join its team in London.
We are an international, design-led carpet tile/rug manufacturer working at the intersection of design, performance and sustainability. Our collections are specified across high-profile workplace, hospitality and commercial projects, in collaboration with leading architects and interior designers.
The role
We are seeking a specification sales manager to develop and grow our presence within London’s A&D community.
This is a front-end, design-focused role centred on building relationships with architects and interior designers, influencing material choices at concept stage, and securing specifications through to project completion.
Key responsibilities:
- build and maintain relationships with London-based architects and interior designers
- secure specifications at early design stages across workplace, hospitality and commercial sectors
- manage projects from initial concept through to installation
- identify and develop new opportunities within the A&D community
- present collections, materials and sustainability credentials to clients
- collaborate with contractors and end users to ensure successful delivery
About you:
- experience in specification sales, commercial interiors, or a design-led industry
- strong understanding of the A&D process and project lifecycle
- confident presenting to architects and designers
- ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into material solutions
- highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
- a genuine interest in design, materials and the built environment
