The Furniture Practice is seeking a bid coordinator to join its team in London.
Permanent full-time role with hybrid working following an initial probation period (see further details below).

With teams across London, Manchester, Amsterdam, New York and Bangalore, TFP is entering an exciting new phase of growth and has an opening for a highly organised and proactive Bid Coordinator to join its Marketing team in London.
About you
The successful candidate will be highly personable and self-motivated with excellent time management skills, and a keen eye for detail.
About the role
You will be working with the consultancy and marketing teams to produce bid documents, proposals and presentation materials to the highest standard to help TFP win new work. You will also work closely with the Bid Manager and Marketing Team to create materials such as new case studies, or documents required by consultancy throughout the bid and project lifecycle. You will be responsible for monitoring requests and keeping all bid master files and templates up to date, ensuring that TFP’s bid material is kept on brand, fresh and relevant.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- lead delivery of bids (PQQs, RFIs, RFPs, Interviews)
- co-deliver larger/complex submissions alongside the Bid Manager
- ensure submissions are completed accurately and on time
- nanage stakeholder engagement through the submission
- period
- manage document collation, formatting and submission logistics
- maintain and update bid library content and templates
- ensure case studies, credentials and supporting materials are current
- ensure bid documents align with brand standards and templates
- support consistency of messaging across submissions
- produce and format supporting materials required during live bids
- coordinate and request supporting assets where needed (imagery, project data, diagrams)
- support formatting and production of wider business documents where required
- work closely with marketing to ensure consistency across bid and non-bid materialsKey requirements:
- a GCSE in Maths and English
- proficiency in Adobe Indesign
- excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude
- excellent written English and communication skills
- an eye for editorial detail and graphic consistency across materials
- good MS office skills – inc, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- good technical knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Pro
- strong organisational skills and an excellent attention to detail
- the ability to deliver the highest priorities when time is short
- to be able to work with a variety of departments in a fast-paced environment
