ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE & LOCATION SCOUT (PRODUCTION)
London/Hybrid · Bermondsey HQ + WFH
Love a good location? Enjoy a chat with new people? We’re looking for someone who’s spent some time on shoots, whether that’s in production or at a creative agency, and is keen to move into locations-focused work.
This is a hybrid role. Most of your week will be spent in the office supporting our Account Director and bookings team: managing daily briefs, arranging recces for our clients and making sure they are well looked after. The rest of the time you’ll be out finding brilliant new spaces, getting their owners excited about Scouty and helping them get set up on the platform.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping with daily briefs, recces and getting bookings over the line
- Reaching out to new hosts by email, phone, LinkedIn and video call
- Telling hosts about Scouty and answering any questions
- Scouting new locations in person when needed
- Using your contacts and initiative to find new spaces
- Helping new hosts set up their listings and land their first bookings
- Spotting gaps in our listings and tracking what we need more of
- Keeping track of your outreach and client conversations
- Working with the Account Director to look after clients the Scouty way and find ways to win more work
What we’re looking for
- Some experience on shoots, in production or at an agency, and a genuine interest in the industry
- Happy to pick up the phone, knock on a few doors and follow up
- Friendly, confident and enjoys building relationships
- Organised and calm under pressure
