About Us
OLS is a creative studio for brands that refuse to blend in. Since 2007 we have worked as an embedded creative partner to in-house teams at brands including Pinterest, Workday, Calm and WHOOP, delivering campaigns, social content, digital advertising and creative rollout. We’re an employee-owned studio, and that shows in how we work with freelancers too: clear briefs, a collaborative team and work everyone cares about. We provide the tools that take the grind out of production, so you can focus on the craft and the ideas.
The Role
We’re looking for a meticulous, brand-obsessed Midweight Designer to join our creative studio, delivering high-craft work across a range of channels for global technology-led brands. You’ll be a true brand guardian. You know the guidelines inside out, you hold every asset to the same high standard, and you can find real creativity inside the brand sandbox. You’ll also have the judgement to know when a brief calls for stepping outside it. Our accounts run across multiple regions, so you’ll be just as comfortable adapting a campaign for a new market as you are building the master asset.
The Work
- Design and roll out on-brand creative across a broad mix of channels, including emails, ebooks, digital banners, social assets, flyers and printed collateral
- Create event and experiential assets, from signage and booth designs to the supporting print and digital toolkit
- Prepare and supply print-ready artwork, working with printers and production partners to make sure everything lands exactly as intended
- Adapt and localise campaigns for global markets, with an eye for cultural nuance, regional strategy and language considerations
- Apply complex brand guidelines with pinpoint consistency across high-volume rollout, and spot the moments where a fresh idea will move the brand forward
- Take on feedback fast and manage multiple workstreams against tight deadlines
- Collaborate closely with Creative Leads and client stakeholders, and act as a genuinely good studio citizen, sharing skills and helping others as you go
You Have:
- A portfolio that shows brand consistency and craft across a wide range of formats, both print and digital
- Strong experience working within established brand guidelines, ideally on large or global brands
- Exceptional attention to detail. You catch the misaligned element, the wrong colour profile and the missing bleed before anyone else does
- Solid print production knowledge, including colour management, preflighting, bleeds, finishes and supplier specs
- An understanding of how campaigns flex across markets, and experience localising creative for different regions
- Confident Figma & Adobe Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop essential)
- A self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently and taking feedback well
Nice To Have:
- Experience with GenAI tools, is a bonus - specifically Weavy

We're a small studio, so we're not able to reply to everyone individually. If you haven't heard from us in a few weeks, it means there isn't a fit right now. That isn't a reflection on your work.
