LEOS Development is hiring an interior designer to join its teams in Cairo, Dubai or Guangzhou.

Role summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced interior designer to join our team, with opportunities available in Cairo, Dubai or Guangzhou. This is an excellent chance to contribute to international high-end residential and commercial projects. You will be fully involved throughout the design and implementation process – from concept to delivery – supporting the growth of LEOS’ global portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

manage the full scope of interior design work: from concept and design development to final delivery
produce design outputs including concept boards, material palettes, construction drawings, and detailed packages
collaborate closely with the design director to ensure design concepts are realised on time and within budget
work with architects, consultants, and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of design intent
contribute to tender documents, construction drawings, and technical specifications
participate in site visits, design reviews, and client presentations
provide guidance to junior designers and promote a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

bachelor’s degree or above in interior design, architecture, or related field
eight plus years’ of professional interior design experience in high-end residential or commercial projects
strong experience in construction projects, with a thorough understanding of site processes and implementation
proficiency in FF&E and soft furnishing design, with a strong sense of space planning and material selection
exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and project delivery skills
proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit experience is a plus
strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
solid knowledge of interior materials, construction techniques and detailing
fluency in English is required
