White Red Architects is looking for a talented and enthusiastic ARB registered architect to join their team in Shoreditch.
We seek skilled all-rounders with a minimum of three plus years’ post-Part 3 experience, who can confidently manage a small team and liaise with clients/consultants. You will work closely with our team and directors to develop and deliver several exciting projects in the UK.
Key responsibilities:
- lead and manage complex projects with close support of our senior architectural team
- develop high-quality design concepts and presentations, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- complete work accurately and efficiently, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- participate in project peer and design reviews, ensuring best practices are met
- mentor and support junior members of staff, fostering professional growth
Essential qualifications and experience:
- minimum three years’ of post-Part 3 professional experience
- comprehensive knowledge of all RIBA work stages, with strong understanding of construction stages including the required procedures/documentation
- experience in commercial and hospitality sectors
- confident communicator with client-facing experience
- good understanding of UK Building Regulations
- proficiency in REVIT and excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
- experience with visualisation tools such as Twin Motion (Preferred)
- proficiency in SketchUp, Microsoft and Adobe Suite
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure
