Richard Parr Associates is seeking a junior architectural visualiser to join its team in London.
About us
At RPA and BRINK, we tell stories through architecture, design, and craft. Our work celebrates the dialogue between old and new, natural and refined, heritage and innovation. Every space we create, and every image we share, continues that story.
We are a close, collaborative studio led by creativity and curiosity. Each project is a conversation, guided by sensitivity, vision, and a shared commitment to beauty and meaning.
The role
We’re looking for a junior architectural visualiser to join our creative team – a visually minded, design-curious individual who will support our senior architectural visualiser in shaping and expressing the visual language of both RPA and BRINK (our art gallery initiative).
You will assist in producing imagery that captures the atmosphere, craft, and emotion of our projects – from early concept studies to refined, finished visualisations. You’ll also contribute to curating visual content for our digital platforms and visual archives, helping to define how we present our work to the world.
This role is ideal for someone who sees visualisation as storytelling. You have an eye for beauty, a sensitivity to light and material, and a passion for creating images that feel as much as they inform.
What you’ll do:
- assist in the development of architectural visuals, concept images, and presentation materials for design-stage projects, contributing to both interior and exterior image work
- support post-production, retouching, and composition under the guidance of our senior visualiser
- help curate and create visual content for RPA and BRINK’s digital and social platforms
- contribute ideas, references, and inspiration that evolve our visual identity
- maintain and organise our library of digital assets, references, and imagery
- participate in studio reviews and creative discussions
- occasionally assist with photography, short video edits, or on-site visual documentation
Who you are:
- a recent graduate in architecture, interior architecture, or a related design field
- visually fluent — you understand light, form, texture, and atmosphere
- proficient or experienced in 3ds Max with Corona Renderer (or equivalent software)
- curious about rendering, post-production, and digital storytelling
- passionate about architecture, interiors, photography, and design culture
- organised, collaborative, and full of creative initiative
- stylish, contemporary, and culturally attuned — aligned with the aesthetic DNA of RPA and BRINK
What we offer:
- creative mentorship from our senior architectural visualiser and wider design team
- a strong platform to develop as an ArchViz artist with exposure across projects from concept to delivery
- opportunities to work on exceptional, design-led architecture, interiors, and brand projects
- space to learn, experiment, and refine your craft
- a collaborative, inspiring studio culture rooted in creativity, respect, and curiosity
- regular studio gatherings, design talks, and shared inspiration sessions
