Link Britannia Design and Development is seeking a junior interior designer/3D visualiser to join its team in London.
Link Britannia is a London-based studio specialising in super-prime design and build in London, creating some of the finest turnkey homes in the country. Our designs are entirely bespoke and individually crafted for each of our clients.
We are seeking a junior interior designer/3D visualiser to support our expanding London team. This role requires a motivated and detail-oriented designer with strong visualisation skills and a good understanding of interior design principles.
You will support the design team across a portfolio of super-prime private residential projects, assisting in the development of concept designs, 3D models and presentation materials. The role involves translating design intent into high-quality visuals while contributing to the overall design process.
You will work closely with senior designers and the wider project team, supporting both creative and technical aspects of project delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- developing 3D models for interior spaces using SketchUp
- producing high-quality renderings using V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render or similar real-time visualisation tools
- utilising a range of visualisation tools and evolving workflows to support efficient
- assisting with concept development, mood boards and presentation materials
- translating sketches and design direction into accurate visualisations
- applying materials, lighting and furniture in line with project concepts
- supporting FF&E research and material studies
- assisting with presentation layouts and documentation
- implementing feedback and revisions efficiently
- maintaining organised file structures and workflows
About you
You will have a strong interest in high-end residential design, with the ability to support the translation of creative concepts into clear and compelling visuals.
Requirements include:
- a recognised qualification in interior design, architecture or a related field
- one to three years’ experience in interior design or 3D visualisation
- strong proficiency in SketchUp (essential)
- experience with rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion or similar)
- working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- good understanding of materials, finishes and spatial composition
- strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
