About the role
The position offered is a key senior role, to include job running, dealing with clients and a significant element of practice management. Alongside the two directors, you will also help lead internal and external project teams to deliver multiple projects to BWA’s exacting standards, on time and to budget.
You will be an experienced Part 3 (or the international equivalent) project architect with five-plus years of experience.
You will also have:
- a strong commitment to design quality
- excellent technical knowledge and construction detailing ability
- job running experience at all stages in the UK
- the ability to be self-motivated, well-organised, and reliable
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- competence in CAD, NBS and Adobe Suite
Salary package
BWA offers competitive salary packages commensurate with seniority and experience and in line with the RIBA Salary Guide and London weighting.
