You’ll be helping some of London’s leading architecture and design practices find the people who keep their businesses running, from studio managers and project coordinators to marketing, business development, HR and finance professionals.
No recruitment experience? No problem. We’re much more interested in your personality, confidence and drive.
The role
As a creative support recruitment consultant, you’ll build relationships with clients and candidates across the architecture, interiors and design sectors.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- speaking with candidates and clients over the phone, building relationships and identifying new opportunities
- developing new business with architecture and interior design practices across London and the wider UK
- sourcing, interviewing and matching talented professionals with exciting opportunities
- managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement
- negotiating offers and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
- building your own professional network and developing into a specialist recruitment consultant
It’s a varied, fast-moving and target-driven role where no two days are quite the same. you’ll need to enjoy speaking to people, taking initiative and seeing the results of your hard work.
Who we’re looking for
We’re particularly interested in someone at an early stage of their career who is ambitious, commercially minded and keen to develop.
Experience working within an architecture practice, interior design studio or creative business would be a real advantage, particularly in a studio support, administration, coordination, marketing or client-facing role.
A background in sales, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused environment would also be valuable.
You don’t need previous recruitment experience or a specific degree. what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
You’ll ideally be:
- confident on the phone – comfortable starting conversations, speaking to new people and building relationships
- target-driven – motivated by goals, results and the opportunity to increase your earnings
- personable and engaging – someone who naturally builds rapport and enjoys meeting people
- commercially minded – interested in business, sales and developing long-term client relationships
- resilient and proactive – happy to take initiative, deal with setbacks and keep pushing forward
