They must possess strong Revit skills. Use of Enscape and other AI image production would be advantageous.

We are looking for
An architect with five plus years’ experience post-Part 3. We are looking for someone who has a strong design instinct and is a creative thinker throughout the design process, with excellent Revit and Enscape skills. The ability to produce quality graphics and 3D video presentation visuals would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate would have proven experience running high-end or ultra high-end residential projects (£5m to £50m) and be able to demonstrate both their technical ability and cultivated design excellence. They should be confident in a client facing role, leading their projects autonomously and mentoring assistants where required. They should posses the ability to establish and implement effective project management and administrative processes, supporting the practices’ Quality Management and Environmental Systems at all levels. They should possess a commercial awareness, running their projects efficiently in line with fee and resource schedules.
Necessary skills:
- architect five plus years’ post-qualification
- excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
- have a design-eye, creative outlook and drive to develop new ideas
- rigorous organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple workloads and meet deadlines
- advanced CAD and BIM skills are essential (we use AutoCAD and Revit)
- strong technical expertise and understanding of construction and building legislation
- experience across all RIBA work stages
- ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively with our small team
- commercial awareness and commitment to using project management software (we use CMap) to build fees and oversee project efficiency
