Since founding the company in 2007, Lee Broom has built a highly regarded international brand creating over 120 lighting, furniture and accessory designs, all designed, manufactured and retailed under the Lee Broom name. Our collections are showcased at our flagship showrooms in London and New York, sold with over 200 partners across 50 countries, and presented at leading design fairs including Milan, London and New York.
This role offers direct ownership of international accounts and the opportunity to drive global growth for a leading design brand.
We are seeking a driven and commercially focused sales account manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing and growing our global network of dealers, distributors and A&D clients, while identifying new opportunities across international markets..
This is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious, proactive and confident in managing high-value client relationships within the design industry.
Key responsibilities:
- develop and deliver sales and growth strategies across our international dealer, agent and distribution network, as well as trade A&D clients
- take ownership of key accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities across global markets
- build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers and key industry partners
- manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to quotation, negotiation and order completion
- represent the brand at leading industry events including Salone del Mobile Milan and London Design Festival
Essential skills and experience:
- minimum two years’ B2B sales experience within the design industry
- proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- strong understanding of the commercial interior design market and A&D sector
- highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- strong numeracy and written communication skills in English and eligible to work in the UK
