There is a vacancy for an account manager at f.r.a. creative to join its growing team, based in London or Shrewsbury.
This is a client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, growing key accounts, and supporting the smooth delivery of projects across the studio.
You’ll play a central role in ensuring projects run efficiently, while also developing client partnerships, attending industry events and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities:
- build, nurture and develop long-term client relationships
- take ownership of key accounts, identifying opportunities for repeat and expanded work
- travel to meet clients, attend conferences and represent the studio at industry events
- manage projects from onboarding through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- support the day-to-day running of the design team by planning, budgeting and allocating resources
- collaborate closely with designers and project managers to maintain efficient workflows
- brief, mentor and manage staff and freelancers when required
- monitor project performance and contribute to monthly invoicing targets
Skills and experience:
- more than three years’ experience as an account manager within the creative industry
- strong relationship-building and client-facing skills
- confident attending events and representing a studio externally
- communication is extremely important for this role, the successful candidate must be an excellent communicator
- excellent project management and organisational ability
- experience managing budgets and programmes for high-value clients
- proficient in Excel, Adobe CC and Mac OS
- willingness and ability to travel as part of the role
