Price Parizi is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant for its team in Hackney, London.
About us
Price Parizi is a design-led architectural practice known for our bold, innovative and sustainable approach. We pride ourselves on being personable and collaborative, fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace where every team member feels valued.
Our work begins with a deep understanding of our clients’ vision. From there, we develop professional solutions that respond thoughtfully to site, scale, budget and program. With a focus on longevity and future flexibility, we create buildings that bring lasting value to our clients.
As a small but dynamic practice, we offer the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility from the outset, working on projects right through to completion.
The role
We are seeking a motivated Part 2 architectural assistant to join our small, Hackney-based team. We are seeking someone with an interest in technical detailing, coordination and the delivery stages of projects, rather than early-stage concept design.
The role will involve working closely with the team across detailing, consultant coordination and project delivery. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys problem-solving.
An interest in technical drawing, coordination and construction processes would be beneficial. We are committed to supporting ongoing development and learning within the role.
Key responsibilities:
- assist in the technical development and delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3–5
- produce detailed drawing packages, technical details and coordinated construction information
- support consultant coordination and integrate technical information into project documentation
- contribute to planning, Building Regulations and tender packages where required
- attend project and coordination meetings with the wider design team
- help manage deadlines and contribute within a fast-paced studio environment
- maintain high standards of drawing accuracy, organisation and presentation
What we’re looking for:
- a proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a small team, while also taking initiative when needed
- someone who is interested in developing their technical and delivery experience
- an understanding of construction methods, building regulations and drawing coordination
- familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
- experience with Vectorworks would be beneficial
We’re looking for someone who is curious, engaged and excited to develop their technical knowledge within a supportive and hands-on studio environment.
