Our collections are showcased at our flagship showrooms in London and New York, sold with over 200 partners across 50 countries, and presented at leading design fairs including Milan, London and New York.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the centre of a fast-paced international design business, supporting global sales activity and helping deliver exceptional service to clients and partners around the world.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive sales representative to join our dynamic team. You will play a central role in supporting our international sales operations, managing client communications and ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to order completion.

Key responsibilities:
- support the day-to-day management of international sales enquiries, quotations, invoices and customer orders across retail, trade and wholesale channels
- deliver a high level of service and communication to dealers, distributors, design professionals and private clients worldwide
- coordinate closely with logistics, production and product development teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- assist with sales development initiatives and help identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth
- maintain accurate sales administration and ensure all client communication and order information is managed to a consistently high standard
- represent the brand within our flagship showroom, online store and at leading international design events, including Salone del Mobile Milan and London Design Festival
Essential skills and experience:
- experience within a sales support, client services or administrative role, ideally within the design, interiors or luxury sector
- strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- good commercial awareness, strong numeracy and excellent written communication skills
- proficient IT skills and eligible to work in the UK
