SCP has an opportunity for an operations coordinator to join its team in London.
Operations coordinator
SCP Contracts is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused operations coordinator to manage order processing, daily operational support, delivery and installation bookings and client communication.
Key responsibilities:
- process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- check supplier order confirmations and log orders
- manage order schedule to ensure supplier orders are dispatched and received on time
- coordinate with suppliers, installation teams and warehouse
- schedule and confirm client delivery and installs
- support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
- resolve product and delivery issues professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
- experience within the high-end furniture or home retail industry an advantage
- previous experience in operations, logistics, retail or customer service preferred
- strong communication and organisational skills
- good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- experience using Sage software and Monday.com preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
