Prestige Architects is hiring a junior Part 3 architect to join its team in London, UK.

What you’ll be doing
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- design and planning – assembling concept layouts, and preparing planning applications
- technical expertise – producing detailed construction and tender packages, including drawings, schedules and specifications
- coordination and collaboration – gain experience in liaising with consultants (mechanical and electrical, structural engineers, interior designers, etc.), contractors and suppliers
- regulatory compliance – ensuring all drawings comply with the latest UK building regulations and planning laws
- onsSite involvement – follow the site progress in first person under the senior architect and supporting contractors and sub-contractors during construction, resolving queries and ensuring smooth project execution
- continuous improvement – helping refine our CAD standards and templates to enhance efficiency and quality
Minimum requirements – what we’re looking for:
- legal right to work in the UK – you must have the appropriate work authorisation
- technical proficiency – strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and the Microsoft Office suite are essential
- technical knowledge – have experience in construction details and statutory requirements
- 3D software knowledge – experience with SketchUp or other 3D modelling software is a plus
