Pilbrow & Partners is hiring an experienced visualiser to join its team in London.
Pilbrow & Partners is a London-based architecture and urban design studio. The practice currently includes a diverse team of architects and urban designers working on projects in the UK and abroad. Pilbrow & Partners is an equal opportunities employer.
As well as a team of architects and urban designers, the practice is supported by specialist resources including environmental analysis, parametric modelling, BIM, visualisation and model making.
We are looking for an experienced visualiser with a strong artistic eye, solid technical expertise, and a genuine interest in evolving workflows and emerging technologies.
Key responsibilities and experience:
- minimum five years of professional experience in architectural visualisation, with a strong portfolio of projects
- proven experience working on large-scale developments (residential, mixed-use, commercial)
- exceptional eye for detail, colour, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
- experience preparing, optimising and troubleshooting architectural models from Revit, Rhino, CAD and BIM workflows for rendering and real-time environments
- highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- strong communicator, confident working within an open, collaborative studio environment
- curious, proactive, and enthusiastic about emerging digital tools and future visualisation technologies
- open to learning and working with new software, tools, and evolving production pipelines
- interest in AI-assisted tools and workflows, with a thoughtful approach to quality control, authorship and integration into production workflows
