3s Architects Studio, a German-British practice in Richmond upon Thames, is looking for an experienced, design-focused project architect to join our team in a senior position. You must be an ARB/RIBA-registered architect with at least three years’ of post-Part 2 experience or have completed Part 3 in the UK, with experience navigating RIBA stages 1-6. You should have a proven history of managing private residential and mixed-use projects, including creating detailed technical proposals with a strong focus on design and site experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with the directors to lead projects, contribute to other initiatives, and collaborate with or lead team members. They will be responsible for all phases, from initial design development through planning approval and technical design details to implementation, including site and often contract management.
