As one of Kensington and Chelsea’s top consultants, we work within the heart of the Royal Borough’s most characterful neighbourhoods, navigating listed buildings and conservation areas with care and confidence.

What you’ll bring:
- at least four years’ experience in London bespoke residential architecture
- strong technical grounding across all RIBA stages
- confidence with MicroStation, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
- a good eye for design and a sensitivity to spatial flow and materiality
- the ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team
- excellent written and spoken English, with the unrestricted right to work in the UK
- a willingness to grow under the guidance of the directors
- a genuine interest in bespoke residential and interior architecture
What we offer
We’ve shaped a unique studio culture that we believe is genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
Alongside the chance to work on beautiful projects, we offer:
- competitive salary relative to experience
- 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays plus additional studio closure between Christmas and New Year
- annual team trips abroad — recent trips include Portugal and Morocco to visit current projects, celebrate the team and shape the future of the practice
- ARB membership fees paid
- cycle‑to‑work scheme
- a collaborative, open and supportive studio environment
- profit‑share incentives for long‑standing team members
- one extra holiday day for every two years of service
