Benoy is seeking a marketing specialist to join its team in London.
The Marketing Specialist owns the creation and delivery of marketing content and campaigns, turning strategy into action and ensuring our work is visible, coherent, and effective across channels. They will produce clear, impactful content that reflects Benoy’s ethos and engages diverse audiences in support of brand strategy and business development objectives.
What we’re looking for:
- bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing or related field
- three plus years’ experience in communications, content creation, or marketing, preferably within architecture, design or built environment sectors
- experienced writer and editor with strong command of English language
- proficient understanding of campaign analytics
- strong visual sensibility
- deep interest in design, architecture, urban environments and technology
- familiar with business drivers associated with design and development of buildings, and cities
- excellent visual and graphic sensibility
- strong verbal communication skills and proven collaborator
- comfortable interacting with professionals at all levels, including senior leadership across regions
- skilled at using content management systems, social media platforms, Microsoft Office, InDesign and Photoshop
- flexible, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- able to work through formal and informal channels to achieve objectives

Key responsibilities:
- write internal and external articles, thought leadership and award submissions
- create event-related content and campaign copy
- plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across regions in partnership with the head of communications
- manage website content, digital marketing, and analytics
- analyse campaign performance data and use insights to improve future campaigns
- write and edit content for external communications including marketing materials, website, and social media
- coordinate production of marketing collateral (brochures, pitches, presentations, digital media)
- collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualise, plan and deliver content
- work with professionals across all practice areas and levels, including senior leadership, to create engaging content
- establish and maintain cohesive brand voice and editorial standards across channels
- provide editorial direction on story development to engage target audiences effectively
- research emerging trends in architecture, design and communications to inform content strategy
- preepare regular project status reports
