Architectural assistant (part-time).
Location: Clapham, SW9
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, office-based (9am-6pm)
We are currently looking for a bright and committed experienced Part 1/2 qualified architectural assistant to join our expanding team in Clapham. You must be confident in using AutoCAD to apply for the role. This is a part-time role (three days/week) based in our Clapham office.

The role
The role will be working with the architectural design team in technical delivery on a variety of projects.
Key responsibilities:
- working with the architectural team on producing drawings in AutoCAD
- working on building regulation drawing packs
- assisting with our Ancillary Services, Party Wall, CCTV Drainage Feasibility, Build Over Agreements
Requirements:
- strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- minimum one year of residential architecture experience
- excellent written and spoken English
- highly organised with strong attention to detail
- friendly, team-oriented, and confident communicating
- knowledge of UK building regulations and basic knowledge of planning policies would also be advantageous
- must be eligible to work in the UK
