ACE is looking for an architect/project coordinator to join its team in New York.

With more than 70 employees and a fast-growing international presence, ACE develops projects that combine architecture, engineering, sustainability, real estate, art, wellness and innovation.
In 2025, after several years of activity across North America, we officially opened our US branch in New York City, Aceworks Corporation, and are now expanding our local team. If you would like to be part of this exciting adventure, we are currently looking for a project coordinator to join our NYC office full-time and work alongside our young and international team.
We require:
- master’s degree in architecture, interior design or engineering
- strong motivation and teamworking attitude
- minimum 3 years’ professional experience
- creative spirit, positive attitude, reliability and sense of belonging
- problem-solving and independent thinking, combined with strong listening and follow-through abilities
- confidence in direct interface with the clients
- excellent graphic, communication, organisational and teamwork skills
- immediate availability preferred
- proficiency in English
- valid US working visa required
